This term our Fifth and Sixth class pupils are taking part in the Junior Entrepreneur Programme. The pupils are working individually and in groups to come up with business ideas which they will present to a team of dragons in the coming weeks. Each child is encouraged to think with a business mind and foster innovation. They will have guest speakers from the local business community who will give them some practical advice and tips.
The Dragons will decide the best idea and the class will come together as a group and back the idea. All pupils will be assigned different roles including Finance, Sales, Marketing and Production. The pupils will showcase their enterprise at a Fair in school before the Easter break.
We wish all the Pupils well and we look forward to seeing whether the next Mark Zuckerberg or Steve Jobs is from Cloontuskert NS!
